It is very important to me, whilst I am trying to lose this weight, not to fall back into the thought patterns of my disordered eating and exercise that made every minute of my day guilt about what I’ve eaten or what exercise I’ve not gotten.

Unfortunately, without the disordered behavior, my resolve usually lasts about three weeks. That’s about how often things get super busy with school, and I turn into a stress monster. And the stress monster wants wine and chocolate.

So, I guess what I’m saying is that my goal is to make it through this chapter and all of next month’s traveling without breaking my resolve and without reverting to obsessive behaviors to keep the weight coming off.
